This is a model kit which requires assembly and painting.
The parts are made of colored plastic.

The depicted Action Base (as well as mounting) are not inlcuded in the Kit.
Those are available seperatly the corresponding section.
On some of the images the model has already received some Panel-Lining to enhance its' details.
This is not part of the product.
